Overview

We take your privacy seriously. Voicy is designed to work entirely offline. No audio, transcription results, or usage data is ever transmitted to our servers or any third party. This policy explains what is processed when you visit this website and when you purchase Voicy.

03.

The Voicy application

The Voicy app processes all speech recognition locally on your device, using on-device speech models. No audio recordings, transcriptions, or usage data are collected, stored on external servers, or transmitted to third parties. Temporary audio files are deleted automatically within 24 hours. We have no access to any of your data.

04.

Website hosting

This website is hosted by a third-party provider. When you visit, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits. This may include your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, and the date and time of the request.

This data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in the secure and efficient operation of our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server log files are typically deleted automatically after a short period.

05.

Google Fonts

This website uses web fonts provided by Google LLC ("Google Fonts") for consistent typography. When you open a page, your browser loads the required fonts from Google's servers, and in doing so your IP address is transmitted to Google.

Google's use of your data is governed by their privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a uniform, appealing presentation of our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

06.

Payment processing (Lemon Squeezy)

We use Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC) as our Merchant of Record to process purchases. When you buy Voicy, your payment and personal data, such as name, email address, and payment information, are collected and processed directly by Lemon Squeezy.

As Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy is the legal seller and handles all payment processing, invoicing, tax collection, and refunds. We receive your name and email address to deliver your license key, but do not have access to your full payment details.

The legal basis is the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For more information, see Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy at lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.

07.

Support contact

If you contact us by email at support@voicy.pro, we process the data you provide, namely your name, email address, and the content of your message, solely to handle your request and any follow-up questions.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering support requests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or the performance of a contract where your request relates to a purchase (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete this correspondence once it is no longer needed and no legal retention duties apply.

08.

No tracking or analytics

This website uses no analytics tools, tracking scripts, or marketing cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar technologies. No behavioral data is collected.

09.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies. If you are redirected to Lemon Squeezy for payment, their website may use cookies as described in their own privacy policy.

10.

Data transfers outside the EU

These transfers are safeguarded by appropriate measures under Art. 44 ff. GDPR, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the providers' certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We only use providers that offer such safeguards.
