Welcome to Voicy! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Voicy services, including our website, mobile applications, and any related services provided by Voicy (collectively referred to as the “Service”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

Voicy makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content available through the Service.
5. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voicy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
6. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Voicy harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms Voicy reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Service. By continuing to use the Service after any such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
